Delhi allows resumption of construction only if on-site labour is available
In Delhi all construction is allowed with one condition. You can not bring labour from other places. Labour must be available on-site. Everybody knows most workers went to their villages after coronovirus crisis. This is true for all India. Yet some companies manage to start construction. But for most others not so easy.
All Delhi infrastructure projects delayed by 6 months
Public Works Department (PWD) asks contractors to give cost increase estimates due to coronavirus. Estimated to be in the range of 10-12% for the lockdown quarter.
