On 21st of May, some news have surfaced on Canadian press that the business plan for the Massey Tunnel replacement would be ready by fall. The news is attributed to British Columbia's Transportation and Infrastructure ministry. Well, the strange thing is, while the Google returns a search result with some text referring exactly to that, when you click on it, the ministerial site has no news about it. I searched it also in the site. I can't find it. Could they have retracted it? I doubt it. Probably it's only me.
