In Zelenograd near Moscow, a road tunnel will be built to connect the old and new Zelenograd city.  According to official Juliana Knyazhevskaya, this will improve the transport accessibility of the Kryukovo and Silino districts, as well as the village of Alabushevo near Moscow on the border with Zelenograd.

The tunnel and connecting road will be 4-lane wide. 2 Kilometers. It will have sidewalks and bicycle path in addition to 4 lanes for vehicles.
