Las Vegas wants more tunnels from Elon Musk. Two hotel casinos, Wynn and the Encore, submit land use applications for construction of tunnels from the casinos to the Las Vegas Convention Center.
And meanwhile in California, Construction Dive reports, The San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) postpones the analysis of rail system alternatives, to evaluate an unsolicited proposal from Elon Musk's The Boring Co. for a transit tunnel to the Ontario, California airport.
