Project is funded independently by a consortium of Indonesian SOEs and the China Railways Consortium. The Indonesian consortium for Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train Project is BUMN. It includes PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) VIII. They formerly formed PT Pilar Sinergi BUMN Indonesia (PSBI), which subsequently collaborated with a Chinese consortium by establishing a joint venture company called PT KCIC for the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung fast train write Ayo Bandung.
