Mi Putumayo : Colombia National Council for Economic and Social Policy (CONPES) approves one of the most ambitious road infrastructure plans in Colombia, worth $ 9.2 billion. Plans include construction of 89 km of new road, which includes open-pit works, tunnels, bridges and viaducts.
