Tokyo cave-in likely caused by tunnel being constructed 47 meters below
East Nippon Expressway announced interim findings of its investigation for October cave in. In October there was a hole 9n Chobu City on an expressway. Later two more cavities were discovered. They were all direct over a tunnel works.
