Serbia's Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Tomislav Momirović, today, told the representatives of the contractor companies Azvirt and Povercajna that they must strictly stick to the deadline for completing the work by April 15.

According to the web site of dnevnik, the minister Momirović has been very direct with the contractors:

"Nothing prevents you from working seriously, speeding up and finishing by April 15,"

"This job cannot be extended until May. It must be completed on April 15,"

My sources tell me that the minister has been acting on possible complacency.
