Secretary of State for the Environment, Hugo Morán talked at the meeting hosted by Huelva Provincial Council (as reported by Agrodiario Huelva) on doubling the San Silvestre Tunnel. He said the 64 million euro project will be the largest investment in infrastructure by the Water Directorate in the entire country.

He said the project will start either end of 2021 or begin of 2022.
