Concesionaria Vial del Pacifico (Covipacifico) has signed a US$150 million loan agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) and Santander to continue with the construction of a highway in Colombia.

Total investment in the project is 2.5 trillion pesos (US$670 million).  Unt'l now 70% of the construction work has been completed.
