The Times of India reports National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) wrote to the highways ministry to place the Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Ltd (MEIL), in the "negative list" alleging "inefficiency" and "contractual non-compliance" only one week after the transfer of the project to MEIL.
