Feasibility study says the tunnel would run under Slovenska ulica from the intersection of Gosposvetska and Vrbanska cesta in the west of the city to the intersection of Titova cesta with Partizanska cesta and Prešernova ulica in the east in a total length of 980 meters. There is possibility of further extending the tunnel.
