Russian news company Sputnik write Chinese language Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu support "Cedar Avenue" as alternative to new Silk Road (Belt and Road) and Suez Canal. He write modernize Trans-Siberian Railway in project to electric or liquid natural gas. Second and third main lines bridges and tunnels constructing.
