Governor Kathy Hochul wants a taste of federal infrastructure bill passed recently. $6.3 billion to complete the 1.5 miles of new subway tunnel in Harlem in New York City. The tunnel is called the `most expensive tunnel in the history'.

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is expected to receive money from the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill.
