The online edition of the Zeit (Zeit Online) reports that The Federal Administrative Court rejected an urgent application by the Action Alliance against further construction on the Fehmarnbelt.  About a week ago the court had ordered the dredging work in the protected reef area to be stopped after environmentalists complained.

THe newspaper quotes Schleswig-Holstein's Economics Minister saying that the ruling makes it clear that there is no turning back on the project.
