Express de Banat writes NGO Asociația Pro Infrastructură which means "Pro Infrastructure Association" criticizes National Company for Road Infrastructure Management (CNAIR). Reason? Wrong management of segment between Margina and Holdea A1 on Lugoj - Deva highway.
