Infrastructure electro-mechanic company Otera Traftec has signed contracts worth over 500 million kroners.

The company has 260 employees and headquartered in Froland in Agder. There are four contracts being signed these days, and the projects are located in Trondheim, Porsgrunn, Trofors and Kvænangen, respectively.

In those projects, Otera Traftec partners with EIFFAGE Génie Civil, Hæhre Entreprenør AS and Leonhard Nilsen & Sønner AS.  "Otera Traftec won the competitions as a result of competence, experience and good solutions" says Øystein Stebekk, General Manager of Otera Traftec.

Following are the project that will be completed by 2027:

E18 Rugtvedt - Langangen is a New Roads project where EIFFAGE Génie Civil is the turnkey contractor, and Otera Traftec will deliver complete electrical engineering design as well as electrical installation in the project. on parcels 1 and 3.

Parcel 1 applies to two smaller tunnels and two large bridges in Langangen. Parcel 3 is 3.9 km by tunnel; installation in a new run in Kjørholt and Bambletunnelene as well as a new Grenlandsbru.

E6 Kvithammar - Åsen is also a New Roads project. Hæhre Entreprenør AS is the general contractor, and Otera Traftec is the total subcontractor. Otera Traftec will deliver complete electrotechnical design as well as electrotechnical installation in the project.

E6 Svenningelv - Lien is a Norwegian Public Roads Administration project where Leonhard Nilsen & Sønner AS is the general contractor. Otera Traftec is a total subcontractor, and will deliver complete electrotechnical design and electrotechnical installation.

E6 Kvænangsfjellet is another New Roads project. Leonhard Nilsen & Sønner AS is the general contractor and Otera Traftec is the total subcontractor. Otera Traftec will deliver complete electrotechnical design as well as electrotechnical installation in the project.
