Armand Couture, one of Quebec's great builders, dies at 91
He was the chief designer of the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine Bridge-Tunnel which opened in 1967, He has also been a member of the board of directors of Lalonde Valois Lamarre Valois et Associés, which became Lavalin, then SNC-Lavalin (1968-1991).
