Twenty-five tunnels along the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), Malaysia's mega rail project jointly constructed with China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), have achieved a breakthrough, according to Mohd Zuki Ali, chairman of the project owner Malaysia Rail Link (MRL).
