Under-construction tunnel in India collapses in a "routine happening”.
An under-construction tunnel on the Kiratpur-Manali four-lane near Shala Nullah on the Chandigarh-Manali Highway caved in. Deputy Commissioner Mandi, Rugved Thakur, said according to the construction company it’s a “routine happening” while construction activity is taking place.
