Mr. Kalenderovic hello. Thank you for the link. As far as I know, construction of Ivan Tunnel belongs to Euro Asfalt. Do you know who is going to construct Prenj Tunnel? Euro Asfalt again? Cengiz? Azvirt?

Hello Kayhan after 274 days. I am sorry I did not see your message.
In my opinion it is Euro Asfalt again. But Cengiz may make surprise. Cengiz bids very low prices in Balkans. Almost like "get the contract whatever it takes". Difficult to understand. It is not like a commercial company with profit/loss concern.
