National promises to build new tunnels through Mt. Victoria and the Terrace, if elected.
I think National's infrastructure plan is more than just the promises of a desperate political party. If they end up on the victorious side 2020 elections, I am sure they will keep their promises. If they want to stand any chances to win the following elections.
