New National leader Judith Collins "unveils" a $31billion transport plan, if and when they come to the power.
The plan includes a second Waitematā Harbour crossing with "with at least one tunnel". An expressway with tunnels through the Brynderwyn and Kaimai mountains....
National Leader Judith Collins reiterates her party's infrastructure investment package which includes bringing forward the construction of a second Mt. Victoria tunnel, building a second Terrace tunnel en so forth.
National is not doing great in the polls. Promises of a desperate political party
I think National's infrastructure plan is more than just the promises of a desperate political party. If they end up on the victorious side 2020 elections, I am sure they will keep their promises. If they want to stand any chances to win the following elections.
