OK. Japan International Cooperation Agency pays for it. Hmmmm. Do you not think China offered same or maybe even better terms? China loans billions in far away Africa do you think they will not do in neghbour Nepal?
It is not Japanese company success, It is Nepal choice. Nepal wants no stronger China influence in Nepal. Why should they? Look at Tibet, look at Uyghurland. So they choose Japanese money and contractor.
