Pleasure to read but in retrospect would Norwegians still choose TBM?
When I was visited Bergen (on the same day the WTC 2017 started) I met a respected Norwegian professor on the street just by coincidence. He told me that the operation of TBMs was very costly. The rocks were eating disc cutters like rubber.
