The proposed tunnel will shorten the travel time between Andorra and Toulouse by 20 minutes. The tunnel will be on the road RN10 and in Tarascon-sur-Ariège. The protocol was signed between the prime ministers of Andorra and France. Construction would start in two or three years and tunnel would finish until 2030.
