Abstract： The utility model relates to the technical field of tunnel engineering machinery construction equipment, in particular to an active vibration reduction system for open-type TBM (tunnel boring machine) construction, which solves the problem that the existing shield tunneling machine is not provided with an active and real-time vibration reduction system, and adopts the scheme that the system comprises a plurality of vibration meter components, a plurality of seismic source components and a system host, the vibration meter is fixed on the TBM cutterhead supporting body through a first fixing device; the vibration meter comprises a detector, a data acquisition module, a data storage module, an analog-to-digital conversion module, a microprocessor, a wireless data transmission device and a battery, and is used for picking, acquiring, storing and digitally outputting cutter vibration signals in the TBM tunneling process; the seismic source is fixed on the TBM main beam through a second fixing device, the seismic source is electrically connected with the TBM equipment through a power cable, and the seismic source is used for exciting vibration waves for reducing vibration of the TBM; the system host is respectively connected with the vibration meter and the vibration source; the system is used for processing and analyzing signals acquired by the vibration meter and providing a use mode and parameter setting of a seismic source.
