Worker injured at Fort Wayne's Deep Rock Tunnel project site job site
Work accident occured at the Fort Wayne Deep Rock tunnel site run by contractor Salini Impregilo/Lane Construction. It happened on April 17. One worker had to be hospitalized. As of now, no more details have been released by Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration (IOSHA).
