Following paper is from Elsevier's Tunnellıng and Underground Space periodical. I am sure many people will recognize Prof Dr Nuh Bilgin from his previous papers and his exciting presentations at past World Tunnel Congress's. He is, also with Cemal Balcı from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi (İTÜ).

Mr Nuh Bilgin is also the president of the Turkish Tunnelling Association.
