Discussion on Double Shield TBM Construction Method and Its Segment Waterproof and Drainage Technology - China Knowledge Network

Abstrac: The tunnel between Maling Station and Yabao Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 10 is the first tunnel in Shenzhen that adopts the design and construction of double shield TBM, and has achieved good practical application results. This paper comprehensively considers factors such as hydrogeology, construction method and segment waterproofing and drainage, and expounds the TBM type selection, parameter design, tunneling construction and segment design; combined with engineering cases and field measurements, corresponding engineering measures and design improvement plans are proposed. It is expected to have reference significance for the subsequent construction of Shenzhen Metro hard rock tunnels.
