Outgoing Québec PM Legault admits there is no study on a 4-lane Québec-Lévis Tunnel

Québec Prime Minister François Legault finally admits there is no study supporting his project for a four-lane tunnel between Quebec and Lévis.

And just afterwards he refuses to publish previous studies on the tunnel project linking Québec and Lévis that his own government commissioned. His reasoning is `the documents produced in the past are not sufficiently updated to make them public`. He still has the support of the mayor of Lévis.
