    The emergency exit wall that fell on and killed TBM foreman Raffaele Ielpo has been "reinforced" in 2016!

    his is what emerges from the first investigations of the Milan prosecutor's office on the part of the passageway between the 2 main tunnels, in which Raffaele Ielpo died.

    The 42-year-old victim died in fact from a sudden rain of stones mixed with concrete, 18 meters deep, which were ruined on him while he was taking some measures of the construction site of the new line 4 of the Milanese underground, near Piazza Tirana .

      I hope Italian companies take tunnel construction more seriously outside Italy.

        This is nonsense. Italian companies do a lot of great work in Italy and abroad. But if the corrupt government does not want to spend money for the maintenance of the tunnels or assigns too little money, then you get what you pay for.
