It might take the judge up to a month to decide over Deep Rock Tunnel (worker injury of TBM pipe explosion) trial location.
Lawyers for the contractor Shambaugh & Son LP want the trial moved from Allen County. Lawyers of Herrenknecht are neutral over the move.
