Project EUROSWAC, led by Électricité de France (EDF) -lead research for using sea water for air conditioning has planned to try it out for the Channel Tunnel between England and France. But the COVID_19 came in between.

If the Channel Tunnel implementation went ahead, it would reportedly mean a "30% reduction in the electricity consumption needed to cool the tunnel, saving the equivalent of 1,250 tonnes of CO2 per year".

Fantastic. I do believe they will do it after the coronavirus pandemic.
