As COVID-19 continues to spread throughout the country, it will impact project performance.
It is not realistic to expect all construction to halt due to coronavirus crises. Shall we stop breathing as well?

I think the German government is taking a big risk by not temporarily stopping the construction work.

NHS England's medical director says "every one of us has a part to play" to keep the death toll down.
Obviously this is not true for all UK contractors. Some contractors and project owners follow the common sense:

What I can see, in Turkey, tunnel building and other construction work is not interrupted by coronavirus outbreak. Some health officials or politicians come and talk warn about covid-19 threat and some use face masks. That is it.
